Hey All,
Astitchaday very kindly agreed to switch with me, and this is my month to be queen. I am so excited that I am posting a day early. I picked a HST block as well, and this one is called Sailing Ships.
Tutorial Below:

I am planning to put the blocks together to make a welcome quilt for my baby boy (I am due with my first on Halloween).
Please choose fun and colorful fabrics for the sails and the boat, and keep the background white. If you don't have white fabric, any low-volume/white-on-white fabrics are good too. Please use the same size as the tutorial suggests. Below is the concept quilt.
Please let me know if any clarifications are needed. Thanks to all of you in advance!
Quick question - you want white instead of a blue for the water correct?
es, I want white as all background, not doing the sky/water thing like the tutorial suggests.
